What a run, pushed myself harder in speed than I can remember
5 WU, 5x2:2 speed/recovery, 2x1:2, 1x2:2, last minute push
The 2 shorter 1 minutes were going up Davison hill, the pushes were mostly in 7 minute range or faster, my next to last 1 minute push I hit a 5:45 pace, woot.
Foot still feeling it but currently icing and it’s hanging in there, definitely recovery run tomorrow
