So I get done with my warm up 4.5 mile run and get to Bob Ronckers only to find out that we will be running 8.5 miles tonight. Augh. I was not planning on that extra 2 miles. I think everything worked out fine in the end. The best thing about this group is sometimes I have to keep pace with the people in front of me just so I don't get lost. So it forces me to go a little faster and pust it a little more then I normally might.
