Nice tempo run at Monon Center indoor track. 6x1600 at strength pace (7:51 thru 7:16 - hit most between 7:30-7:20). 1.5 mile warm-up, 400 recovery. No additional cool-down, as I ran out of time and had to get home.
Didn't wear a watch, used timer on wall to keep laps within pace.
Still felt somewhat warm and queasy, but otherwise it felt good to get out there and run. This headcold is nearly past me.
