2x3 mile at strength pace (7:20-7:50)
1 mile recovery between intervals
Felt a little fuel-deprived for this run, and my stomach was giving me issues near the end of the run (ate fish last night). But otherwise felt good.
A bit breezy, but it was a warm breeze, and otherwise it was very comfortable.
Gear: shorts, short sleeve, long sleeve, yellow jacket, hat, gloves. Was warm, took gloves off at halfway point.
