Workout: 11mi Easy Run DOUBLE DAY (changed from 14mi to 11mi to increase recovery).

Took it really easy again since my HR was reading high even though i didn't feel like it. i ran on soft stuff most of the time, maybe 3.5mi of the 5. The focus is recovery, recovery, recovery and running on soft stuff.
