I ran to the Y, so that was my first stop. 2nd stop was when i pressed the wrong button on the tread and had to restart the tread and the 3rd stop was when i got off the tread to finish the last .4mi to run back home. went easy in the beginning since my HR was reading high as it does when i first start running. the weather was hot again today outside and the tread seemed better and for softer surface.
my legs were feeling achy and kinda weak at church tonight so i took it easy worshipping. hope i recover well for the race.
