Workout: Recovery Run 10mi DOUBLE DAY

nice, cool weather again today. When i first started running both sides hurt for that butt/leg area and my calves a little but once i got warmed up it went away. it took me about 3mi to warm-up i guess b/c my HR was reading in the 160's 170's and i even slowed down to 9:30 pace. my HR started going back down to the 130's mostly after that so i picked it up to about 7:45 pace. i don't know why but my log for it didn't show up in my history. maybe i accidentally erased it w/o knowing. so i had to guesstimate my time, which i think it was pretty close to it b/ci remember my mile splits @ least. guessing my avg HR, maybe it'd be 150's.
