ha ha. i ended up drinking the rest of my gatorade after these hills and drank the whole 20oz bottle. it just felt good to keep drinking it and quench my thirst, even though i wasn't way thirsty or nothing. i ended up running another extra 1mi cooldown after these so it wouldn't take so long to get to my bike. i added an extra 1mi that wasn't scheduled. just one less mi to run on another day.

Lifted my legs after the 2nd cooldown and used the stick a whole bunch at church and massaged my right foot.
