i did my 1mi cooldown w/ my gatorade and then ended up walking to the start of these hill sprints since i only had to do 1mi cooldown. i took gatorade again before running these. i'd say i put in a good effort w/ these. i might have been able to run these a little bit quicker but i could still feel these since i just got down w/ a workout. i wanted it to be a little bit steeper but it was probably ok and gave me a good workout still since i just got done doing a long workout. the really cool thing about this hill workout was the whole thing was shaded. :)

the 2nd interval i accidentally ran 55sec.
