well, as you can see, i waited a long time to run this cooldown. i was enjoying the finish and talking. i grabbed a bunch of free food/drink stuffs. stretched for a minute and then changed into my trainers and did the cooldown. Joel wanted me to run it in 7:30 pace for some reason. i ran it a little faster. didn't feel like i was going that fast, but that's what my garmin said. i think my body was still in race mode, used to going fast, that it wasn't hard to run like that. i didn't feel spent on my cooldown. just a little tired. i felt pretty darn good for just running a good quality, PR half marathon.

did the foam rolling and stick for a little bit after w/ the IT bands and right calf.
