Workout: Easy Run 14mi DOUBLE DAY
AM Run: so after the race on Sunday, i really wasn't feeling very sore. my upper legs just a little bit. when i started running, that's when i could feel the effect of the race more. the right calf and left para-formis were hurting, pulling my legs. i took it really easy b/c of the HR reading of course, even though i didn't feel like my HR was that high.
