Workout: AM Run 4mi

I ran 5mi b/c i have to make 91mi this wk and make up for some i didn't run that i was supposed after my workout on Monday. I slowed it down a lot after a couple miles b/c my hr was going up to the 170's and 180 again. frustrating looking at that hr all the time. had the minor sores. my right foot was hurting in the beginning but it was on the right side of my heel this time instead of the left side of it.
