MCR Leg #4, Ran the long leg this year, started off a bit too fast and paid for it later on, still happy with my time and pace on this run! Bourne to Trott finished 4th in the CO-ED Masters Division! but GLRR as a club took 3rd overall! Well done fellow Angry Chickens!
