Ran with the tri-athletes tonight, did the first 4 on the roads alone while exploring the neighborhood.
Ran the last 4 on the trails (Lowell Forest) with the Princess (aka Amanda) it was like old times :)
Zona and Dan ran with Harry and Fred :)
