Tri Fury Bike loop x2 tonight and paced Zack on the two mile run! First 5+ mile 39:15 @7:38, 2 mile run w/Zack 15:47 @7:54, 2nd loop w/Jason looking for Marli's sunglasses that she dropped during the bike section 41:35 @8:19 pace! Overall 12+ miles this evening!
