I decide not to look at my watch the entire race, I knew I was running well. The fast kids took off super fast tonight and I had nobody to chase down, But as we made the turn on University bridge, i saw a couple of runners, I passed one around mile 2 and then I saw Scott, I could not real him in but he kept me going. Ended up doing negative splits, don't ask me how. Overall 19:13 on a nice night!
