Notes
I was slower at the start because I randomly found myself in a race being held on the woodchip trail. Laurie Jakubowski was winning a race for the very first time. She was struggling at the time so I ran with her a bit. I also hopped in with some EKU guys briefly at the end of the run. Otherwise it was a nice solo run. I did start feeling pretty worn out the last two miles, but I didn't slow down much at all.
