wanted to do a lofty 13x400 in 70 sec with 70 sec rest on the track
decided to do it on the Huck since it wasn't full of football players and it was shady...and most of my races won't be on the track anyway.
aside from the heat I'm going to have to eat more. i also think its a combo of hitting that mid season struggle and not completely recovering from that 10k a couple weeks ago. I might need to adjust some plans.
