9 mile progression with 2 mile cool-down

I ran from the Legacy Trail to the pond at the Horse Park and did laps, and ran back for the cool-down. I felt good, but not particularly great, which makes this performance even more shocking. This is the best training run I've had in many years and it didn't get hard until the last mile of the progression.

This bodes well for Indy.
