I could tell my legs were pretty fresh but I could also tell I am still sick

my goal was 3:19, so averaging 3:24 sick is a definite win, especially after sleeping just 3-4 hours last night

my hip is actually a little sore from moving some heavy dumbells the other day...this seems ridiculous as not too long ago I couldn't find a "heavy" dumbell

I'm going to Louder Than Life today...we'll see how the sick body and bad ankle react to that
