nice run on the lake trail
felt decent and the run went by real quick
did 2 in and out sprints in the parking lot afterward
took in a little bit of Walker's Run afterward. It was called the Gathering of the Harriers when i was in school. it has since been renamed after my coach. first time i've been to that meet since i ran here my senior year.
