Notes

Did the Stride workout which includes sprints and jumps as well as heavy and explosive lifting.

I actually tweaked my back at the beginning of the workout, but it didn't have much of an affect on the rest of it. The tweak stems from an injury that first occurred over a year ago and has since healed. The injury was an overuse injury of the psoas major because I added in a bunch of hiking, running and raquetball to my lifting. For some reason my back still doesn't like deadlift even though I didn't originally injure myself deadlifting and the psoas major is healed. I'll have to ignore my ego and make the proper adjustments.
