Nike Run Club Speed Run
Workout was 8 x (400m @ 5k, 60 second rest, 200m @ mile, 90 second rest). 400s at 1:24, 200s at 0:38. I was consistently a little slow on the 200s, but pretty much nailed the 400s.
Interesting workout. Felt hard throughout, especially doing the 200s on such little rest.
