Hard run, but I did what I set out to do, which is satisfying.
2 mile warmup 5.4 - 6.2
6 x (.5 at 7.6 + .25 recovery)
finished up with 20 minute TM "Intensity" program which alternates 1 minute mod hard (6.5-7.0) with 2 minutes easy (5.5) with incline 3 or 4
Total elevation gain was 232' for the two workouts
Breathing was really hard at 7.6. HR went up into the 170s. But recovery was fairly quick and I was ready for the next interval.
