Good run. walked .25 to warmup, then alternated very easy with moderate (3 minutes each) for 30 minutes, then alternated 2 minutes at 6.0 with 2 minutes 7.0-6.4 to finish 6 miles First couple of miles felt very easy, then glute pain forced a break every mile after that. Foot pain wasn't bad until about 4 miles, then it was intermittent.
