Nice day, but warm in the sun. Ran in town to get some shade and to keep it flat. Kept pace easy. Slowed down even more with sidewalks and traffic. It was a good run overall. I still took breaks. Fell again about .1 from the car, bruising elbow and hip. Hamstring/glutes hurt, but not badly.
