Notes

Good TM run. One mile w/u, then did Program Speed 8, which alternates 2 minutes at 5.5 with 2 minutes at 6.0-6.6 for an hour. HR was very high, so I did a one minute walk during one of the recovery intervals and took a water break at 3.5 to get it down.
