Good hilly run on a cool windy day. Strong wind from WNW, so in my face for most of the early part. Legs felt good, aside from a little pain in the right knee. Pace felt comfortable, though much of the run was sub 9:00 mm. I did a walk every other interval, so about every 7.5 - 8 minutes. Short water breaks at 1.8 and 5. 403' elev. gain. HR was surprisingly low, given the hills and the wind.
