Post-flu shot, so I decided to stay indoors, especially since it was cold and damp outside. w/u 5.5-5.9, then 3/2 6.0-6.6-6.2/5.8 or 6.0. Leg mostly behaved. Lungs didn't. Not much energy, but I don't think that was a result of the shot, just my normal awfulness.
