Beautiful day for a run. I started with the CBR group, but split off to run my own hilly route. I ran too fast, especially when I was with the other runners so it wasn't an easy effort, but the whole was too slow for a tempo effort. A few good hills (160') made it more difficult. I tried to slow it down to MP but didn't succeed.
