Did Program 2 which was 3.75 miles, plus .75 easy, including 5 minutes above 7.0, incline of 1.5 - 2.0 For some reason, it felt hard today. I had zero energy afterwards.
I used the HR monitor for the first time and my HR was really high, from the start. Got up to 171 at 7.2 mph. Average of 152.
