Notes

Tempo run, of sorts: 3 miles warm up and easy, then three and a half miles moderately hard, then cool down.

Faster speeds felt hard. Not lungs, but legs didn't want to move that fast. Still, it wasn't a problem to do each mile.

No pain though.

warm-up: 1/4 mile walk. 1/2 mile each 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 1/4 mi 5.7

Tempo: 1 mile 6.2, 1 mile 6.3,

1/4 mile 5.5 after brief water break

1 mile 6.4

1/4 mile each 5.6, 6.5, 6.0, 6.6
