Notes

Legs and glutes were very sore, so I kept the pace easy and followed the run by 2 mile Leslie Sansome dvd. It helped.

Pace was progression 5.4 - 6.3 - 6.0 with incline .5 to 1.5 - elev. gain of 250'.
