Good workout, but hard. 2 mile warmup 5.4-6.3, 2 minutes each. Then I alternated 2 minutes 5k pace, 2 minutes recovery x 12. I did 7.5 and 7.6 for fast intervals, recovery was 5.0-5.8, depending, plus a little walking. Then 1 mile cool-down at 5.2-6.0. Early intervals were good, later ones felt very hard.
