Mostly a good run on the canal at Williamsport. I did w/r 3:40/:30 in hopes of improving my endurance. First 6 miles went well with no rest breaks except to say hello to a couple of dogs. I stopped and drank water and ate a Gu at the halfway turnaround. Saw 6 deer there. On the return I was more tired and the wind was in my face for some sections but blocked by cliffs at other times. I took sit-down breaks again at 8, 9:30 and a POP break at 10.2, but didn't feel awful, just tired. Glutes hurt afterwards, after driving home, but eased when we walked Buddy.
