Notes

First run in two weeks, so my lungs didn't work. I kept it very slow as a result, progressing every minute from 5.0 - 6.0 then 2 minutes each back to 5.5. I felt the left glute, but the pain was tolerable. Left foot and right knee behaved, though they were a problem when I walked in the morning. I did roll before running.
