Hard run, as usual. Breathing is still giving me trouble. I tried to keep pace between 10:15-10:30, with varying success. I wanted a hilly run, so shouldn't complain because it wasn't easy. Ran the hills, with effort. Garmin says 410' up, RA gives it about 650.
