Good run on a nice day. A little warm in the sun, but comfortable in the shade.Light wind from the north. I tried to keep the pace easy with a walk interval every mile or so and water break every 1.5 to 2 miles. Mostly it was fine except the last mile, when stopping for traffic would make me dizzy.
