Notes

Hard run. The first 6 miles were fine, but then I started to struggle. I took breaks but still had a very hard time. It was half mental, half physical. Water every two miles, Gu at 6, 12.

Warmup was .5 each at 5.5-5.8

Then 2 miles each 5.9 - 6.2, 1 mile each 6.3-6.6 Then cool down back to 6.0
