Awful run. I had no energy, so didn't even attempt the workout I had intended. I did a progression increasing every .25 from 5.7 - 7.0 then back to 6.0, finishing with 1 minute each 6.0 to 6.4 to 6.0. I took a break after 4.25 miles and walked for a mile, then finished the workout, but it was a struggle the whole way.
