Mixed TM run on a rainy day. Started with 35 minute program, modified, which gave me 3.45 miles, then did 5 one minute sprints at 7.9-8.0 with 1 minute recovery at 6.0, then 2 minutes each 7.0, 6.0, 6.9, 6.1, 6.8, 6.2, 6.7, 6.3, 6.6, 6.5, 6.4, 6.0. Fast speeds felt too fast and my legs tightened up, but no real pain.
