Good TM run on a very hot and humid day. Walked .25 before starting the run which helped the leg a bit. It didn't hurt as much while running, except at faster paces. w/u was 5.5-5.9, then I ran to the music, faster or slower according to the song, between 6.0 and 6.6, mostly around 6.2. Only 124' elev. gain since I wanted to keep this easy. Stomach acted up a bit so I had a couple of bathroom breaks, but nothing drastic.
