Treadmill

Notes

Long slow run on the treadmill on a drizzly day. Watched McVeigh CDT video, so the time passed fairly quickly. No pain during run. A little afterwards. Ate gus at 5, 10, 15, Gatorade every 4 miles, water every 2. A little stomach upset around 16.
