Notes

Good run, overall. Tried to keep it on the slow end of my LR paces. Drank too much water and got cramps the last couple of miles. Tried carb tabs - pure sugar - which didn't agree with my stomach either. No energy at the end.

w/u 1/4 mile each 5.0 - 5.3

2 miles 5.4

2.5 miles each 5.5 -5.8

1/2 mile each 5.9, 6.0 5.8, 5.7

c/d 6.0 - 5.5 this was a very hard mile.
