Good TM run on another hot and humid day. Hip/glute was very painful at first, despite doing a .25 walking warmup, but it eased after a slow mile running. w/u was 2 miles at 5.4-6.0, then I ran between 6.0-6.7, letting the music set the pace. It was fun. At higher speeds the glutes hurt more and again afterwards. Breathing was good though, thanks to fans. 191' elev. gain.
