Good run. Too fast, as usual, so I ran out of energy at the end. Garmin elevation is low. It said 567' up, 584' down, but it understated Frank and Leafmore hills. Last time I did this route it said 1000+. Water at 2, 4, 7, 10. Gu at 7. Short break at 11.
