Hard run. Shouldn't have gone out with the humidity as high as it was (DP of 74), but I really wanted to be outdoors.
267' elevation gain. Used the virtual partner on Garmin to keep pace down to 10:30. Didn't work well with the hills, but it helped me focus on slowing down. Heat/humidity affected the run, especially the second half. Stopped for a break. Walked a bit at mile 4 and 5. Overheated even with the slow pace.
