Notes

Good run, but I pushed the pace a bit. w/u was 2 minutes each 5.4-5.8, the rest was 2 minute interval ladders 5.9-6.3. Every 10 minutes I did 1 minute recovery jog at 5.0. Last mile alternated 5.5 with faster paces. Leg behaved the whole run, but was tight after.
