1 mile: warm-up 3.5 - 5.4
2 miles: 1/4 mi. intervals 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8 with 1.5 minute jogs between at 5.2
1.2 miles: 1 minute each 7.0, 6.0, 7.0, 6.0, 6.8, 6.0, 6.6, 6.0, 6.4, 6.2, 5.8, 5.6
I wanted a little bit of a speed workout, but not too strenuous. It went well. The 6.0 segments felt easy. 7.0 felt hard, but I was able to do short sprints without too much effort. Could have done more, but I want to limit mileage this week. Body felt okay afterwards, though right hamstring was tight again.
