Good long run on a cool gray day. Plan called for 13 miles with 8 at MP. I set the Virtual Pacer at 9:25, with a goal MP between 9:15 and 9:30. I ended up doing 10ish at MP or a bit faster. Route felt hillier than usual. 587' elev. gain. 600 loss. Water at 2.5, 6, 8, 11. Gu at 6. Hamstrings are still very sore.
